Confirmation preparation for Youth at St. Benedict the Abbot Catholic Church is for high school-age teens in the 10th or 11th grade who have received the two sacraments, Baptism and First Holy Communion. The preparation takes two years, and the teens will be expected to register and participate in the Life Teen program at St. Benedict and exhibit active faith in participation in Life Teen's weekly formation sessions. church events, and service projects.

Life teen is a Catholic Youth Ministry designed to lead teens to Christ. At St. Benedict the Abbot, the youth ministry meets on Wednesday from 6:3o PM to 8:30 PM. All teens ages 13-18 are invited and encouraged to participate.
